Orders over $100 are shipped for free via USPS or UPS ground shipping. For orders under $100, there is a $5 shipping fee via USPS.

If you are unhappy with your online purchase, you may return it for store credit within 7 days of receipt. TASHKA by Beatrice does not accept returns on items purchased during sales or special promotions, custom orders, or items without the original packaging and in perfect, unworn condition.

Most items are in stock and will ship within 2-3 business days. For made-to-order items, please allow 7 to 14 business days for your item to be created. Personalized hand-beaded bags will take approximately 3 weeks to ship.

Email info@tashkajewelry.com for a return authorization number. Items cannot be accepted for a return or repair without an RA number. Store credit is issued upon receipt of the item. Please note that shipping cost ($12) will be deducted from the issued credit when an item is returned.
